While the importance of a college degree is no secret, many individuals struggle in their decision to pursue the right field of study and ultimate career path. With its innovative College/Adult Program, WELS challenges the difficulty in this decision process that could affect one¡¯s whole life and future success. WELS¡¯ College/Adult Program helps individuals to find, carry out and ultimately succeed in their chosen field.

From the start of our program, WELS offers a unique and accurate assessment testing of an individual¡¯s strengths, weaknesses, areas of interest and talents to pinpoint what course of study one should take. With this, WELS continues to guide its clients throughout the enrollment and admissions process. Upon entering into an educational institution that best suits an individual¡¯s qualifications, WELS monitors the academic success by offering tutoring, extra help and advice.

What sets WELS apart is its exclusive Job Shadowing Program which allows individuals to get a taste of a particular career he or she may with to pursue. Many people wish to pursue a career that they may not be knowledgeable about. WELS¡¯ Job Shadowing Program assigns an individual to spend a minimum of one day with a professional of their choice. Here, he or she can gets hands on experience and invaluable insight as to what a job entails. Form this experience one can make an accurate decision as to whether or not a specific career meets their expectations and also if it is attainable. WELS¡¯ College/Adult Program currently offers Job Shadowing Programs with professionals in fields of Medicine, Education, Art, Music, Business and Management.

Housing

WELS offers housing in forms of dormitory, homestay and individual living. WELS homestay programs are designed to maximize the complete English learning experience, as clients are placed in homes with English speaking America families. Individuals have the option of cooking themselves or having meals prepared by their host families. Individual living consists of client living alone or with roommates in a home or apartment. WELS is careful in choosing housing for its clients and provides a client with 2-3 living options to choose from.

Other services

In addition to the many services to help individuals pursue a post secondary or graduate degree and establish career, WELS offers many services to help one adapt to American society. Such services include transportation, medical, dental, automobile, telephone and counseling services and many more.

WELS strives to conscientiously provide comprehensive services to its clientele, from the beginning of the admission process, to their transition to a new country, and following their progress regularly to ensure a successful and fulfilling experience.

WELS has already enrolled some of its College/Adult Program clients at post secondary academic institutions in Orange County, Los Angeles, San Bernardino and Riverside. WELS has already formed strong and mutually beneficial relationships with the excellent higher learning institutions on the West Coast ranging from top rated Community Colleges to reputable Universities.
