This is an all inclusive package that includes services which will ensure a client to transition smoothly in all areas of life in the United States - both academically and culturally. Clients will be guided throughout the academic experience and he/she will also be led throughout the career planning process.
Services cover all areas needed to be enrolled in an academic institution, adapt to life in the United States and ultimately grow to be independent, and manage to co-exist with others in the American culture.
In addition to school enrollment services, assistance is given in areas such as telephone, medical and dental care to help clients with everyday needs.
Clients also have the opportunity to work with professionals of their choice to direct them to a career path that best suits their talents and interests.
Clients will receive weekly follow-up calls to make sure they are doing well both academically and emotionally.
The Full Package (1 year) includes:

Package price: $8,000 USD
1 Additional schools will be an extra charge of $300 per institution.
2 Client will be given a minimum of 2 housing options. WELS is not liable for rejection of options by Client and offers no guarantees.
3 Additional hours will be an extra charge at a rate of $50USD per hour and prorated at 15-minute intervals.
4 Health insurance will be covered for the first 6 months or 1 term/session only (whichever is shortest). After this period, costs will be covered by Client.
5 1 time pick-up and drop-off is included only. Additional pick-up and/or drop-offs will be an extra charge of $75-$175USD (varies by location).
6 Clients will be able to receive dental treatment without insurance through WELS America Inc. Only dental appointment and referral fees are covered. Dental fees are not included and will be paid by Client at the time of visit. Price will vary by treatment.
7 WELS America Inc. will help with the process of purchasing a vehicle. Vehicle costs will be paid by Client at the time of purchase. WELS America Inc. will help with the process of obtaining automobile insurance. Insurance fees will be paid by Client.
8 WELS America Inc. will provide transportation and tour guide costs. Other fees such as entrance/admission fees for Client and tour guide, meals for Client and tour guide and parking will be paid by Client on the day of the tour.
9 WELS will arrange for client to spend a day (5 hours) with a professional in the career field of his/her choice. This package includes ONE "Job Shadowing" day (5 hours) ONLY. Client will be required to pay for additional hours at a rate of USD $50 per hour.

Additional Year of Full Package
The Additional Year includes:

Additional year price: $2,000 USD
Note: Additional year service is optional and is a separate cost and service from Full Package. The same regulations apply to all packages and services provided. If additional year service is not purchased immediately upon conclusion of previous package, additional year price is $3,000 USD.
1 Guardianship-WELS will continue to be the emergency contact for Client. WELS will be available for any problems or help needed by Client. Fees for services may be charged according to the nature of service required.
2 Additional hours will be an extra charge at a rate of $50 USD per hour and prorated at 15-minute intervals.
3 Clients will be able to receive dental treatment without insurance through WELS America Inc. Only the use of the WELS America Inc. discount is included. Any dental related fees are NOT covered by WELS America Inc. Any and all dental fees including appointment and referral fees, treatments fees, x-ray fees and any other related fees will be paid by Client at the time of visit.
