WELS English Language & Cultural Program location is on Korea’s beautiful Jeju Island.

The purpose of the program is to bring students together to learn the English language and culture. Students will be educated through practical experience. In order for the students to acquire as much knowledge and practical experience as possible we recommend that he/she attend the entire program.

Students will travel on board a cruise ship from the port city of Incheon and will be treated to a Welcoming/Orientation party, dinner and an evening of fun activities and games on their way to Jeju Island.

The program will be held in the city of Pyosun, located approximately 40km from Jeju city. This region is known for its rocky beaches and panoramic views of the South Sea (East China Sea). Taking advantage of Pyosun’s natural setting and scenery, students will be taken outside the classroom as much as possible. They will take part in mini-hikes up the surrounding mountains and day trips to the beach. When inside our modern facility they will enjoy a cool air conditioned dinning room and meeting area.
Students will also be treated to three organic meals and tasty snacks each day.
