6th and 8th graders from South Korea
WHAT?
Receive a homestay stipend ranging from $800 to $1,000 per month depending on qualifications to host one South Korean student by providing room and board, transportation to and from school and emotional support during his/her period of adjustment. A monthly weekend retreat for the students will take place at
Highland Springs Resort giving families a break from their homestay duties.
WHEN?
Upcoming group will require homestay from January 16, 2011 to June 2011.
May choose to continue being a homestay family for ensuing group to arrive in June for Summer Seesion as well as in August for Fall Semester
WHERE?
Looking form homestays primarily in Loma Linda and possibly immediate surrounding cities.
WHY?
Recruiting quality families to provide an enriching homestay experience for imperssionable young students from South Korea.

Interested families who wish to host our students will be required to attend one of two seminars at Highalnd Springs Resort on Sat Jan 8 and Sun Jan 9. A visit to your home will be arranged after the seminar upon which student placement will take place. A final decision regarding placement will be made and you will be given information about your student before Jan 14.
